When did you first fall in love with science?

My dad worked for Oppenheimer, so I swam in the fishbowl vs. fell in love. Climbing out of the fishbowl, I explored the world - a year with family friends in London when I was 13, 2 months in Morocco with my boyfriend when I was 17, etc. - and became a professional asker of questions - a fact-checker/reporter; 25 years reporting on tech/Internet/AI. Now I'm mostly asking questions about how to get people to think longer-term and across boundaries. And about to start a book: "Term limits: How to build the future without yourself at the center."
